IT Intern (duration of 6 months, m / f / d)

During your internship you will work closely together in the small IT team and you will come into contact with all aspects of what an IT department does. For example, you will provide support where necessary and do some management. You get the space to look at current processes and perhaps make proposals for improvement where necessary. You are partly responsible for properly functioning IT systems, user support and up-to-date documentation.

Tasks & responsibilities

First line support:

1.) Accept telephone

2.) Register incidents

3.) Dispatching incidents

4.) Solving 1st line incidents

Second line support:

1.) Keeping Windows servers & clients up to date

2.) Keeping software up to date

3.) Inventory management

4.) CMDB inventory

4.) Registration / management of mobile devices

Profile

1.) You are busy with your MBO or HBO education in IT and you are interested in how you can improve business processes through IT solutions.

2.) You work accurately and independently. In addition, you can operate well and also process-wise.

3.) You are able to translate a question from the organization into an IT solution.

4.) You find the key question investigative and you dare to come up with new solutions.

5.) You are communicative and have a sense of relationships.

Dutch is the working language within NOSA Amsterdam.
