HR Adviseur (m/v/d - full-time)

In the position of HR Consultant you are, among other things, responsible for;

1.) Advising and supporting managers in the implementation and implementation of HR policy;

2.) Ensuring the correct application and interpretation of employment conditions (in accordance with the collective labor agreement, handbook and legislation), expired information on employment conditions;

3.) You maintain the job title, you provide current job descriptions and their valuation;

4.) You guide managers during the annual assessment cycle;

5.) You advise management in the field of talent development and training;

6.) You are the first point of contact for employees' absenteeism. You communicate with the company doctor, sick employees and the occupational health and safety service, you provide guidance, an action plan and reintegration;

7.) You are responsible for the correct processing of the salary administration;

8.) Discussing necessary adjustments to regulations and insights from developments in the field with HR manager, making proposals for plans in the HR field that can support the realization of organizational objectives.

Profile

1.) You have completed a relevant HBO or university education;

2.) You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience;

3.) You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

4.) Experience with Workday is a plus;

5.) You have excellent knowledge of Dutch labor law;

6.) You have knowledge in the field of payroll administration and international employment;

7.) You are hands-on and able to switch between the operational, tactical and strategic levels;

8.) You are capable of coaching and supporting employees and managers in change processes.
