Assistant Engineering & Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

1.) You assist the Engineering & Maintenance Manager with the organization of technical work and projects with a view to a user-friendly, safe and environmentally friendly terminal installation.

2.) You also represent the engineering department and actively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

3.) In the absence of the team manager you organize the division of tasks, communication and consultation within the team.

4.) You make pertinent proposals for technical improvements to the installations.

5.) You participate in the financial follow-up of work and projects.

6.) You manage critical drawings and documents.

7.) You follow the applicable legal and administrative obligations.

8.) You actively promote a "safety first" culture and strictly monitor applicable rules and procedures

9.) You follow up projects, both technically and in terms of planning and costs and you make adjustments where necessary.

10.) You are (jointly) responsible for a thorough and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

11.) You are flexible, you can think "out of the box" and you are a team player.

Your Profile:

1.) You have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial sciences

2.)You have at least 10 years of engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably (petro) chemical

3.)You are procedure-oriented and have a high safety awareness

4.)you are resolute, professional and communicative

5.) you are a resolute and professional team player

6.)You communicate professionally fluently in Dutch and English
